Life is like riding a bicycle...

Albert Einstein said, "Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep your balance, you must keep moving."

He's not wrong! But when do I get one of those e-Bikes?

Since my last post, I must admit that I'm laughing more and embracing the journey more. (See Instagram for some evidence of this)

Many of you know me personally and know that I'm a teensy bit Type-A. I like my theoretical ducks in a row, but understand that my literal ducks (the 6 that are quacking away outside as I type this) are more adorable in their chaos. Enough about ducks though. My point is, it is frustrating when I have a vision on how things should progress and that vision, well, doesn't exactly happen. Thankfully, I have many supportive friends that keep encouraging me to continue despite the setbacks and I'm still here :)

Well, the amazing news is (insert drumroll here) we now have Business Liability Insurance! This is opening SO many doors. Who knew? Well, I'm sure a lot of people and definitely a lot of small business owners knew, but I now know.

I have subscribed to this very unique site called RangeMe. This is a networking avenue that brings retailers and producers/distributors together to aid in discovery for emerging businesses. I have been submitting information to so many retailers as of late! Playing the numbers game, while I wait for November to do a more direct submission to Whole Foods. I've also been reaching out to more restaurants and other retailers (like Trader Joe's) on my own.

We also hit a milestone on social media! 100 followers on Instagram as of Sept 1, 2022!

If you're not already following me on Instagram, I recommend it (refer back to the sentence where I admitted I'm embracing the journey, usually makes for interesting content).

It has been 5 months and 23 days since we launched on 4/1/2022.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have wonderful customers like yourselves. In fact, a huge thank you goes out to one specific customer (you know who you are) who brought a major website issue to my attention earlier this month. Apparently my Discounted Shipping option was majorly malfunctioning. Normally shipping is significantly discounted through an app subscription that I have, but it was showing up nearly 3 times higher than it should've been. Because of this information, I was able to reach out to the website support team and work to get this resolved. I sincerely apologize if this impacted you.

If you do see issues or oddities like this, please do not hesitate to reach out in case they are in error and can be remedied.

So far we have sold 141 jars ! This without "proper" marketing and still being a no-name in the world of sauces. I am so thrilled! 2,300 jars to go haha
