Minestrone Soup


1 can No Mater Marinara Sauce

5 cups Water

1 cup orecchiette, elbow or small shell pasta

2 cups chopped vegetables of your choice: cannellini beans, spinach, peas, carrots, potatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, butternut squash, or green beans all work

Grated Parmesan chees to taste


In a soup pan, mix all ingredients together except the Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil. If you are using uncooked vegetables, let this simmer until the vegetables are cooked. If you are using frozen vegetables, let this simmer for 10 15 minutes so the seasonings blend.

Serve and top with Parmesan cheese
