Chicken Parmesan Sliders


24 oz Frozen Breaded Chicken Tenders, or fresh

1 package of 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

1 package (7.5 oz) Sliced Provolone and Mozzarella Cheese blend

1 jar (24 oz) No Mater Marinara Sauce

1/2 cup butter, cubed

1 ts Garlic Powder

1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbs Minced Fresh Basil


Preheat oven to 375

Prepare chicken tenders according to the package instructions.

Without separating the rolls, cut horizontally in half to separate the bottoms from the tops.

Arrange the bottoms of the rolls in a 13x9 baking dish and place half of the cheese slices on top

Bake until the cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes

Take out of oven and layer with half of the No Mater Marinara Sauce, then chicken tenders, then remaining sauce, then remaining cheese slices, and then the tops of the rolls.

Microwave the butter until melted, stir in the garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Pour over rolls

Sprinkle rolls with parmesan cheese and bake uncovered 20-25 min or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with basil and serve
