Baked Mozzarella and Tomato-Basil Antipasti


2 cups No Mater Marinara Sauce

1 clove Minced Garlic

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, cubed

1 Tbs Olive Oil

1/4 cup Basil Leaves, torn



Preheat oven to 350

Using a 1/2-quart shallow oven-proof dish, layer the No Mater Marinara Sauce, garlic, and mozzarella

Bake 20 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted

Remove, drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with basil leaves

Serve with your favorite Baguette sliced
